    • 1 lb lean ground turkey

    • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) sesame oil

    • 2 tsp rice vinegar
    • 1 bell pepper, diced
    • 2 green onions, diced
    • Salt, to taste
    • Ground black pepper, to taste

    Directions:

    • In a big saucepan, heat the oil. Cook the onion, garlic, and ginger until transparent.
    • Add ground turkey and heat for approximately 3 minutes or until browned.
    • Combine turkey with soy sauce, sesame oil, hoisin or oyster sauce, and rice vinegar. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
    • Add bell peppers and green onions and simmer for approximately 5 minutes, or until the turkey is cooked through and the ingredients are thoroughly mixed. Add more salt and pepper as desired.
    • Now, wait for the filling to be warm or allow it to cool. Serve by filling it with lettuce leaves.
