Use Ice on the Pimple

Applying ice is the first step in soothing a red, inflamed zit. Wrap some ice in a towel and apply it to the sore spot for three to four minutes at a time to reduce the swelling. 

Wrap it in linen beforehand if the ice melts too quickly, or put a few cubes in a plastic sandwich bag. 

Make an Aspirin Paste and Apply it to the pimple

Salicylic acid, found in aspirin, effectively dissolves dead skin cells and cuts through oil.

Make a paste by combining the crushed aspirin with a few drops of water. 

Apply a Face Mask for Acne

Nowadays, you can get a wide variety of face masks, many of which are designed to reduce acne.

 Ingredients like salicylic acid and benzoyl peroxide, which work by drying up your skin and killing bacteria, are commonly used to treat acne. Sulphur is another component with a similar effect.

Don't touch your skin with dirty hands

Always clean your hand with soap and avoid touching your skin with dirty hands

Avoid Oily Foods 

Avoid eating too many oily foods to get rid from pimples.
